Description: White tea is a lightly oxidized tea processed from the first leaf and bud of the tea plant. White Peony has its origin in the Fujian and Zhejiang provinces of China. The name ‘white tea’ – Bai Mu Dan – refers to the white silvery hair on the bud of the tea plant.

Tasting Notes: A mild, fresh and slightly sweet grassy flavour.

Brewing Instructions:  2g per cup; 85ºC water; steep 3-5 minutes.
