Description: This comforting blend was inspired by a large patch of nettle right outside our shop. Nettle leaf has been used for centuries to treat a vast array of ailments from allergies to arthritis to anemia. We combine a beautiful peppermint with the flavourful, earthy nettle leaf. The result is a restorative and healthful herbal infusion.

Tasting Notes: Soothing and refreshing with a subtle, earthy linger.

Brewing Instructions:  2g per cup; 100ºC water; steep 3-5 minutes
