Provisions Food Company - Artisan Jams & Jellies

Irresistible and delicious jams and jellies, perfectly made to pair with cheese, charcuterie, and wine. Ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible, and each jam is made by hand in small batches in Beamsville, Ontario.

Flavours:

Strawberry Elderflower Jam: The fragrant sweetness of our Strawberry Elderflower Jam pairs beautifully with mild, creamy cheeses. 

Ingredients: sugar, strawberries, pectin, natural flavour, citric acid.

Rose Petal Wine Jelly: Our elegant rose-flavoured jelly is at its best when paired with delicate artisanal cheeses. Serve with a chilled glass of Gewürztraminer.

Ingredients: sugar, water, Gewürztraminer wine, pectin, hibiscus concentrate, natural flavour, sodium citrate, citric acid.

Peach Prosecco Sparkling Jam: Inspired by the famous Bellini cocktail, this jam combines sweet peaches with the fun fizz of Prosecco. Serve with creamy cheeses.

Ingredients: sugar, peaches, Prosecco, pectin, citric acid, natural flavour, ascorbic Acid.

Cherry Merlot Wine Jam: The sour cherries and Merlot wine in this luxurious jam conspire to take your cheese and charcuterie board to new flavour heights.

Blueberry Lavender Jam: Delicate floral notes of lavender make this blueberry jam a must for cheese boards. Pair with your favourite triple-crème or mild artisanal cheeses. Serve with chilled sparkling wine.
